Looking for software to generate subtitles in real-time. (examples: listening to a twitch streamer; on a discord call with someone). The most interesting thing to learn from (an actual human speaking to me) is the hardest thing to learn from because it's impossible to figure out how to spell words.

i figure it should exist by now i just haven't found anything like that yet. And free is preferable obviously, but i'm willing to pay.

i just find it frustrating that the most interesting thing to learn from (an actual human speaking to me) is the hardest thing to learn from because it's impossible to figure out how to spell words in languages i don't know, especially languages with completely different writing systems. Once i have the words i don't know in text format it's easy to copy-paste them into a translator.
