What the title says. Is it possible to learn a new language to a fluent level without spending a single penny? I'm interested in Arabic and I want to learn it for free, both as a challenge and because I don't have enough money to spend on books with all the languages I want to learn. My main target language is Arabic and I have no experience with learning languages without textbooks or courses.
oh def you can! there's tons of resources out there. apps like duolingo or memrise are free and good for starters. also check out youtube, lotsa language teachers posting lessons there. and don't forget about language exchange websites where you can practice with native speakers who wanna learn your language. it's all about putting in the time and effort but yeah totally doable without spending a dime.
