Minor Fix Recommendation

I think the game shouldn't recommend people that haven't been on for 7 days for recommended friends. Ok, so maybe 7 is a little much since some people aren't able to access the game while traveling abroad or other reasons as such but I mean people who haven't been on for 20-30 days are obviously not a good recommendation for friends. It's a minor, possibly trivial, idea but I think it better helps the community prosper by having active players together to reap the rewards.
