My backyard is a steep slope. It has been fine over the years (my first home) but within the last few days part of my yard seemed to have collapsed.
I have someone coming to take a look at it tomorrow, and already spoke with my insurance company who said they'd reimburse me for repairs, but there's not really anyone local for erosion related stuff that isn't commercial only. I talked with a landscaper who saw pictures of it, and said he could help.
Do you really think they can or am I wasting time/money here. This is incredibly stressful and friends/family have no idea how to address this either.
There weren't signs of this at all over the years. One day it here (smaller), but it's the holidays and no one was available. Storms last night doubled it in size.
