Started a landscaping job. My body is in so much pain.

So I started a landscaping job. I enjoy working outdoors and the job itself is awesome. My body is in absolute pain though . It's been a week. Everybody said that my body will get used to it. How long does it take for my body to get stronger and get used to this job?

Bad for the kidneys too. I can’t take them because I have an enlarged kidney on one side.
