For context I’ve been running an excavator for over 10 yrs, i can easily handle the job itself I’m just looking for advice on what to do.

First pic is facing my garages. The black line is where i am extending the gravel (stone) in the driveway to.

Second pic the red is low spots and the brown is high (by about 3 ft) my plan was to cut the highs, fill the lows and basically make it flat. Right now it’s all kinda slopped to a random low spot in the grass, there use to be a second house between the garage and where the pics were taken so it makes sense to have a swale there.

3rd is the fire pit.. i really have no idea what to do around there. I roughed it in last year when i rented a mini to dig up my septic really quick before the rental company came to haul it away…

Advice would be awesome,on any front,

Also… seed, hydro seed or sod?

I’m in Nova Scotia Canada that area gets sun all day.
