Subcontract out hardscaping projects?
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
I run a landscaping business doing mostly landscape installs and maintenance. A lot of my competitors also do hardscaping, like paver patios, outdoor staircases, pavers in general. My former employer subbed out a lot of work is why I have this idea. I don't have much experience with hardscaping, but is there any reason I can't subcontract these parts of bigger landscaping projects? Like my crew does all the landscaping and then I have a subbed crew doing the hardscapes?
