New yard, lots of flooding and drain issues. Want a natural fence area for privacy, something tall.
Post Body

This yard has been problematic so far. I planted 6 hydrangeas last year, 3 survived and thrived. Also a whole field of wild flowers did wonderful. But most of the yard is solid red clay. Very hard to dig. Since water is an issue. I was thinking native grasses would help with irrigation? Can yall point me in the right direction of grasses, or tall skinny pine thing bushes. I want it to look nice. But also be beneficial to birds and bees around us. Zone 6 is where I'm at. Yard is shaded alot
