Could anyone offer some suggestions of ornamentals that would grow well in this full shade understory on my property line? Zone 8a/7b

Post Body

The area in the back of this photo is shaded all day and has English ivy and Chinese privit growing that I want to remove as it is invasive in my area. I would like to plant some attractive ornamentals but I'm not sure what will grow well in this much shade. I have an oak leaf hydrangea that I may put there but don't know what else to do. I was considering azaleas but am not sure if they will do ok in that much shade.
