Side of house over grown

So this is the sound of the house that never gets used. I rent this house and the landlord just let it grow and it actually gets taller then the fence.
Is there anyway I can easily kill all this including the massive roots and stocks that I can’t use a weed wacked on and also kills the massive amount of sticker bushes that grow here every year?
Also if any of you have any ideas what I could do with the side of the house that would be awesome!
