So I’m looking into potentially buying a acreage lot to build a off grid camp on, i have found something but not entirely sure if it’s worth what the realty company has it listed for. It isn’t on water but close to it, with deeded access to both lakes by it. I want to also add I’m not sure if I would even be able to do it because I’m 18, no credit, have a job but not sure if any bank or credit union would even touch me with a barge pole😅😂😂
