Can someone let me know if my math is all good.
I'm going to have two extension chords, 1875 watts each, both connected to the house. One will be directly plugged into the kiln.
The kiln runs at 120V, 14.3A, so around 1716 watts. Should be all good.
The next cord will run into a 1800 watt power strip with a surge protector, with about 8 ports. Plugged in will be 5 LED lights around the tent, the heater, and the vent fan.
That should run at (5 x 9 watts) 45 watts, 1500 watts, and 179 watts respectively, so in total 1724 watts.
Everything should be all good right? Should even be good if someone needs to charge their phone, speaker or something.
