Hey r/lampwork , I'm A Novice Glassblower Seeking an Apprenticeship or A Partner - Long Island NY
Post Body

I've been taking private lessons for about 3 weeks and have only 15 hours on the torch. I've made several pendants, one heart shaped, a marble and another... experiment, have a tiny bit of experience working with hollow tubing, some wig wag attempts, I've layed color a few times. Last class I sculpted a fish so i haven't seen how that came out yet.

I plan on renting studio time at Brooklyn Glass, and Long Island Glassworks for the time being along with my current classes. I would love a chance at an internship working in a flame studio either paid or unpaid it doesn't matter, so i could just get more time on the torch.

Or if there's anyone in the area that has their own studio who would like to partner up that would be dope too, even to go along with an internship. I would love to start making some products that people enjoy and would like to purchase.
