Are check-valves necessary between torch and hose?
Post Body
So I already have my flashback arrestors between hose and regulators so I know my tanks are safe but what about check valves to protect the hose?
I have a Lynx and so it has smaller 3/16th cables coming from the torch to barbed B-fittings. I'd think these would need to be replaced with real B fittings and the check valves added here, right?
or are they not really needed?
