Is a change in generics enough to cause adverse reactions? How long can this go on for?

Post Body

I was on a generic of lamictal XR (call this brand A) in November is 2022, all was good. In end of June my pharmacy switched generics to a different brand (call it brand B). Since the switch to brand B I have had debilitating dizziness, fatigue, and exhaustion. I got back on Brand A and it's eased up but it's still there with the bad dizziness.. I've been weaned off and have been completely off of lamictal this last weekend.. I'm still dizzy and I'm tired.
