Any rational fans here that can tell me if ham is bad or not.
Normally there's more things at play for a team too lose it's almost always the players fault, like team leadership, wanting the same goal, players not liking each other, fatigue, bad team play, etc.
This season I haven't seen anyone take the leaders role I haven't seen anyone take on that menace role. I also think if rui was being used right we could have won a lot more. LeBron is a big problem for me right now because he is a ball dominant player that doesn't want the ball right now so he just around when off ball stands still and waits for cut opportunities which work for him most of the time. But he is trying to give leadership to Davis which he is not accepting. Just because Davis is statistically our best player does not make him team leader. Austin has been good but I feel his defense has taken a step back compared to his rookie year. Ultimately I feel like this team is not being utilized correctly which I know is the general consensus but I also feel there is a lot more at play, such as the list I provided above. Everything matters and I'm beginning to think noone here has played basketball, the game isn't just scoring defense and stats, there is a lot more happening that we all can't see because we aren't in the locker room or on the same court as the players and coaching staff.
TLDR: lost of thing going on, but is it just ham? Or lack of leadership.
