Any cyclists here who overheat on climbs? Solutions?
Post Body

I've always been sensitive to heat but it's getting worse as I get older. Likely perimenopause.

I dehydrate very quickly on climbs and have learnt to drink enough and to use electrolytes. I recently started wearing sleeveless jerseys instead of sleeved ones and it made a huge huge difference (actually shocked at the difference it made). For context I mostly mountain bike and do gravel riding, am not on the road.

My next step is to just ride in a sports bra because the overheating is unbearable sometimes. I'm just dreading the inevitable stares I'm going to get with that much skin exposed.

Would love to hear how other fellow overheaters deal with this?
