we have far too many posters, ignoring the posting rules, posting without reading them. Thing will change

I will be taking a week to select posters who are actually following the rules or at least making an honest effort to, and marking them as approved submitters so when i change the subreddit to approved submitters only being able to post, we will still have some posters, at that time i will work on the backlog of violations, and try to finish an onboarding packet for new mods, before debating reopening the subreddit to where it is now
