Two broken right ankles when in the other, putting a trek road bike in a truck. dislocated slightly fractured, hip in football. Broken ribs football. Broken, right clavicle, bicycle ramp accident. Right knee meniscus and MCL torn jiu-jitsu. Facial structure right side, damaged physical altercation group fight.. right surgery on the hernia last year is the only surgery. I still run play and exercise every day and take no pills or medicine tribute to a good spirit and eating organics.
