Is there any way to go to Hanle and come back as a solo traveller?

I want to spend 3 nights in Hanle but it seems like there is no public transport or shared cabs that go there (from Leh). Getting a car all for myself would be extremely costly (upwards of 30k if I'm not wrong for 3 nights and 4 days, maybe even more) and I cannot afford that.

I want to be in Hanle for the Perseid meteor showers on 11, 12, 13 August. Is there any way to manage this more efficiently? Bike? I have never ridden a bike but can learn easily. That's the only way I could think of.

I'm going to be doing a high altitude trek in Kashmir before so AMS shouldn't be an issue as I would be well acclimatized.

Any suggestions?
