I Think I've Been Intolerant My Whole Life And Just Realized It
Post Body

Man, how to put this.. I think I've been intolerant to lactose for my entire life but as someone who has cocoa tea every single morning for the past 20 years I honestly thought that a slight stomach upset just comes with early morning anything.

I literally just did a test this morning to see if my stomach would be just as upset if I ommited the milk and... no damn upset stomach.. it's wild that I've been thinking this was normal for over a decade and simply removing the milk was the option to change everything.

I feel like I've wasted so many mornings 😭 but I also feel such a relief because this is what a good morning is supposed to feel like 🌞 I just needed a place to share cause I'm so elated
