Coming from the twin cities, I'm surprising my girlfriend with an overnight road trip to La Crosse this Thurs. We visited last March, however, didn't get the chance to explore much other than the Bodega Brew Pub and a local Irish bar that served up a mean monte christo. (if you know the name, please help a brotha out!)

We are staying at the Charmant, but only because its cheap this time of year. We love playing cribbage alongside craft cocktails, beers, great food. Also love sightseeing, antiquing, museums, people watching....just about anything. Any recommendation on activities, museums, antique shops, tours you can share so we can make the most of out the trip would be great!!
