Hello,
So, I'm interested in reading Lacan, but I know that Lacan bases many (if not most) of his ideas off Freud. Thus, I figured it would be a good idea to read some Freud before delving into Lacan.
So far, I have read The Interpretation of Dreams and am currently finishing up Introductory Lectures on Psycho-Analysis. I plan to also read the New Introductory Lectures so as to have a broad (though admittedly basic) understanding of Freud.
Is there anything else I should look at before delving into Lacan's first seminar?
