Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with ADD which I am thoroughly unsurprised by. In college I managed it by working by myself and being extra meticulous with my planner, by going on walks outside and just studying from 8am-10pm. My ADD symptoms are that I'm a bit forgetful, and I space out involuntarily during conversations. I am going on meds for ADD so hopefully those work.
I have since joined industry doing analytical chem which I find really interesting but I'm honestly just struggling with my ADD.
My question is: if you have ADD - how do you manage it in the lab environment?
