Peptide coated dish
Post Body

Good morning everyone, I got a quick question for y'all. I'm trying to set up a new protocol in the lab to activate genetically modified T cells by binding to peptides that are coated onto a 10 cm dish. However I'm having trouble tracking down a protocol that I can use to bind peptides to dishes. Does anyone have a methodology that they use or know a paper that has a good one I can look at? Thank you!
