Hey all-
I'm doing some growth curve analysis of different strains and treatments (in triplicate) on a 96-well plate over the course of ~18 hours. Since we're reading every 20 min or so, this turns into an assload of datapoints. We're using a Cytation5, so it's all exported directly to Excel, which is nice. Does anyone have a good handle on using Excel macros to condense the data? So far the lab's done it by hand, which takes a while and leaves a lot of room for human error. Of course, if the macro is wrong there can be errors, but at least they should be consistent errors...
