Software for Making Figure Quality Transmembrane Topology Cartoons?

Does anyone know of any software suited for making protein transmembrane topology figures? Ideally where you tell the software where your transmembrane domains are and it produces a figure to scale that looks nice? I have Vector NTI available but its presentation is.... lets just say lacking.
