I am just about to finish an internship at a lab and need to write a report of my time here for it to count for my degree. My program does not offer a template for the report, so I researched online to find some inspiration. However, I can tell that most of the sources are in business-related fields and have portions that feel strange for me to include in a laboratory report (i.e. history of the "company" ). Unless I am completely wrong about that assumption, how should my report be structured and what sections should be included?
