Protein calculation
Post Body

Hey everyone. First, I'm sorry I know it's a very dumb question lol.

I was measuring the protein content of my sample using Bradford method. But, the calculation gives me mg of protein per mL of solution I used. How do I convert it to mg of protein in my solid sample ?

Briefly, I diluted 200mg of solid sample in 10mL of distilled water and stored for 2h and centrifuged before checking the protein content in the supernatant

Thanks in advance
