Any houserules on Crane and Dragon bushi schools in 4e?

Title pretty much sums it up. I'm looking for any houserules bringing some more balance to the two schools that fluff describes as the best in the whole Rokugan, and yet most people agree they underperform in general, and are way too weak for their reputation.
