Is it possible for tank to spawn on the parish chapter 1? Campaign mode

This is probably one of those rare tank spawns
Hi I was playing expert the parish and tank spawned towards the end of the chapter just before the buliding you enter to get to where the cars
Me and my teammates ended up having to restart the chapter as we ended up having to juke the tank and go around it to the saferoom but we ended up getting downed by commons since we had a small area to fight the tank in and tier 1 weapons
