Anyone know why this happens?

I'm tying to make a horror theme modpack for myself, and when I install what seems like any special infected skin, the levels just don't load. But when I load into the TUMTaRA mod test map, the map and special infected skins load?? Why is this and is there any special infected skins that actually work?
