ADA deposit still in "processing" after 12 hours?!

I sent some ADA to my Kucoin last night. At first, it didn't show up at all despite being confirmed on the blockchain. Finally this morning Kucoin recognizes that the transaction happened but it' status in History is still "processing". How lame is that?
Edit: It eventually got worked out through support but man, that feeling of coin limbo is rough..
