3 days of KYC verification

I had this account since 2021 but since bear market I forgot all about it but I remembered I was verified that time. Now I did the KYC (except the part of selfie where it didn't let me took my own picture and just submitted on its own).
And it's been 3 days while in the app it's indicated it will only take 3-5 mins. I cannot even buy coins nor sell my USDT on P2P.
Mods can you help me? The bot on the app isn't much of a help.
