Mandatory KYC is imminent - what other exchanges offer margin trading to users in the USA?

With mandatory KYC fast approaching, many US and Canadian users will be locked out from trading, other than selling, deleveraging, and withdrawing their positions. Can anyone recommend an alternative to Kucoin that allows leveraged trading for US users?
