97 hours on a MX5400 with manual transmission. Was mowing for a about two hours and went to push the clutch in to come to a stop and nothing happened..very hard to clutch and pedal went to floor but tractor continued moving forward at same speed. Shut the tractor off after getting it into neutral. Let the tractor cool off and clutch worked fine. Kubota replaced clutch cable as they felt it had “stretched” and wasn’t disconnecting the pressure plate from the flywheel. Went to mow and again about two hours in same thing happened. This was of course two weeks apart because of getting a new cable and scheduling an install. The other problem I have experienced twice now is the failure of the hydraulic steering lines at the steering box (no I didnt hit anything as the dealer initially accused me of doing. The hoses are in top of the power steering and not hanging down.) Dealer has had it for over a week and is hoping to have time to look at next week. Any thoughts as to the cause?
