Karpenter issue with provisioning pods

Hello everyone Im having an issue with Karpenter not provisioning new nodes. I applied the helm and karpenter module, controller is running fine, however when I describe the nodeclaim I get DisruptionBlocked: Cannot disrupt nodeClaim: state node doesn’t contain both a node and a nodeClaim. Anyone familiar with this issue?
