Today i had an incident with a customer where he came up to the window with attitude mind you, wondering why his points wouldn't work and so on he did a second transaction which locked his points... i dont know why its so hard to understand that I DONT CONTROL THE FUEL POINTS!. He wants to "fill up" and i ask "ok how much on the pump" because we need a dollar amount, (Might be easier for them to understand if we put in big bold letters on the window) and so i put 100 on the pump because he didnt give me a clear straight answer he ended up needing more but before that he claimed i called him an asshole. I didnt. And let the chaos ensue... so i try to play it cool and say "sir i didnt call you an asshole," and he and his wife just kept yelling at me. They went inside told customer service about it and every time an incident like this has come up ive been in the right. And was STILL written up for it. Im scared that im going to get terminated because nobody will listen to me! I also have a disability that they dont seem to care about.
We had a sign on the window that said if you are going to give us attitude please go somewhere else...
Any help would be appreciated as now im worried, they wont listen to me either.
God we need transcripting machines in the fuel centers to avoid stuff like this!!!
