So at the store I work at our store manager gets complaints from his district manager about the clicklist department all the time over anything from out of stocking to not going fast enough. He’s apparently becoming so annoyed over the fact that we OOS or substitute own our own without talking to managers who maybe to be busy or annoyed to look at our long list of items we sometimes have.
My question is what do we do when he threatens to write people up for not getting help from a manager who’s to busy or not going to help us (at my store we have 2 of them one being the store manager). Also does anyone know if we add notes to writes ups to solidify a point or do we contact the union with our complaints?
