I stopped taking kratom about a week ago and have had zero withdrawal symptoms
Post Body

I’ve taken it for about 1.5 years at around 3-5 grams a day, with a few brief tolerance breaks. The longest one was 5 days off completely with 2 days stem and vein, a couple months ago. This time, I’m taking a couple months off completely in order to determine if it was the cause of my thinning hair.

I have had no agmatine or stem and vein, and happily report no withdrawal at all. I really think the most important factor in tolerance is dosage, so if you’re taking larger amounts and want to stop for a few days, tapering first might be a good idea. Of course I miss it and look forward to using it again in the future, but this may give some hope and encouragement to those of you who are afraid of taking a break.
