Update: Hair loss from Kratom, one month later
Post Body

I posted a little over a month ago about how my hair was falling out in alarming amounts every time I brushed or ran a hand through it. Since then, I have started taking most of the supplements recommended as well as some others and have noticed my hair loss almost completely stopped about 3 weeks in. Now it’s starting to grow back from the thinning areas as well. I haven’t stopped taking Kratom. If anything, I’m taking it more often than I was a month ago.

If anyone else is dealing with hair loss, this is the combination that is currently working for me: Shark cartilage, biotin, gelatin, iron, fish oil, daily multivitamin, oral blackstrap molasses (1tbsp), all daily. I also use topical rosemary oil and Nioxin shampoo once or twice a week.
