Should I use Kratom in my Particular Case?

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I am wondering if Kratom has been known to have any negative effects on people who have Crohn's disease? I have it and also happen to have some social anxiety and Kratom sounded like it would be perfect for me. I am currently on IV Remicade (infliximab) as well as Accutane (not crohn's related). Should I be worried about Kratom's interactions with these other drugs? With Crohn's?

I know very well that it is unlikely that anybody knows, but I thought it was worth a try asking.
