Best way to prevent a 'sludge' texture?

Hi I just started burning my first batch of speciosa. I can't seem to get it to not clump into a nasty sludge. Are there any tips on what to mix it with? I don't like dairy it gives me gas so I can't do chocolate milk.
I have a high tolerance to nasty tastes but what I want is a smooth texture.
What is the best mixture to also make sure I get the highest absorption as I have very high metabolism and my body refuse to absorb a lot of fats as I am pretty slim. Please advise me thanks l.
