Can you unlock the Kqi3Pro without Bluetooth connection

I accidentally locked my Kqi3 leaning on it while reading a menu. It never wanted to sync with my new phone, so I had to go home to get my old one. But when trying to connect to to it with my old phone, it forced an update and now will not connect at all. App claims it is not within range when I'm standing right next to the scooter. Now it's stuck in locked mode. I used to use it everyday. Can anyone please help ?
