As a kpop fan in my twentees I thought that kpop subs are more enjoyable than twitter because the fans are older, so everyone is more mature.
But lately I observed that a lot of people here act very immature and are very emotionally driven, they jump to conclusion, spread misinformations, have sheep mentality and strong biases which they refuse to admit. Also, there are many posts asking what’s the right way to stan a group ( ex: It’s ok if I bias x? Do I have to like all the members? Why can’t I get into X group when I’m trying so hard?) I’m not by any means trying to shame the people who ask these questions, but they make me feel old.
So, I have absolutely no problem with the fact that the majority of fans here are teenagers (I was a teenager myself and you are the target demographic), but I would be lying if I said that I don’t relate with a lot of posts here and a lot of them sound very childish to me.
I'm 20 and I feel it. Still better than Twitter, I guess.
