hello! this is my first time posting here so apologies if this isnt the way to do it. i attended ateez in atlanta day 2 a couple of days ago, and bought a lightstick at the merch table. i put in the batteries, but it didnt light up. it was very hectic at the time, so i tried again when i got to my seat and no luck. i figured it was just the batteries, so i didnt ask the people at the merch table about a replacement, but now i'm thinking i should have.

i replaced the batteries the next day and it still doesnt turn on. i've tried contacting the company on the little warranty sheet but i've gotten no response. does anyone know who else i could contact? or should i just buy a new one?
