The song is from the tineframe of 2010-14. it could maybe be older byt for some reason i doubt that.

In the M/V there is a large cgi mountain with a lot of stairs which the group climbs across the video inbetween other shots

Once they reach the top there is a long dance break in the M/V but lyrics continue

This is all that im sure was in this video. There are details im more inclined to think are mixed from other songs: it might be from a supergroup, the amount of people onscreen increases a few times and the last scene has maybe even a hundred people dancing.
