old newkidd situation?

hello! i remember a while back, maybe a few years ago or so, hearing about a few members of newkidd going missing suddenly and there being a whole controversy (bad word choice but i cant think of anything else). what ever happened with that? were they ever found? i kinda fell off of kpop for a while after that happened and i'm just a bit curious
