Is The black Label independent or link to YG?

Is it like hype with the multiple subsidiaries or are they independent ? Because their building is literally the old YG building. They share staffs, dancers and producers so Iām confused. Especially with the news/expectations of YG artists moving to The Black label, like is it really moving since is basically quite still YG ?
