Who is the second leader of your fav groups?

who are not the official leaders of their groups but also act like leaders in terms of taking care of the members or leading, etc... The one that pops up in my head at the moment is wendy from red velvet since she's like a mom to the members which seems like she can also be a leader. There's also Jin from BTS which also seems to be the mom since he's the oldest.
PS: It seems like im only talking about moms rather than leaders lol
